Due to this, we do not offer refunds & cancellations for any reason after your order has been marked for processing. This may include but is not limited to delays due to shipping, weather events and/or order backlogs. If however, there is an error originating on our part, we will refund or cancel the order.
Refund Eligibility Exception
To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be met:
The product must be purchased directly from Biomate Global LLC website.
If there is a missing, broken, or incorrect item for the order, please contact us within 5 days of the order being delivered. When contacting, you must submit the following:
Proof of purchase via confirmation of order number
Submit pictures of the order as is, as well as pictures of the broken item if applicable.
If the item is missing, state what item is missing in the body of the email itself.
No refund on perishable items such as seamoss gel.
Refund Process

Once your request is received, a customer service representative will review your request and provide you with further instructions. 3. If your refund is approved, you can choose to receive a full refund to your original method of payment or store credit for future purchases.
Please note that the shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If the product was purchased with free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by Biomate Global LLC will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approved.
Return Shipping
If the product needs to be returned, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product is delivered to us safely.
