Processing Period:

Due to the nature of this process and our commitment to quality, there is a processing period of up to 7 business days for all orders. This processing period begins from the time your order is confirmed and does not include weekends or holidays.

Gel orders that are purchased after Wednesday, will be processed the Monday of the following week to maintain freshness and avoid items being held on the weekend by the mailing provider.

Order Confirmation and Shipping Notification:

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Our team will then begin processing your order within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another notification with your tracking information.

Delivery Timeframe:

The estimated time for delivery is determined by the shipping carrier and the shipping method you select at checkout. Please note that shipping times may vary, especially during busy holiday seasons. We are not responsible for any delays that occur during the shipping process, as this is carried out by a third party.
